Rod Freeman Rod Freeman, a third generation Arizonan, born and raised in Florence, Arizona. Graduated from Florence Union High School in 1961. Attended the University of Arizona, graduating in 1965 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, minor in accounting. Commissioned as an Ensign in the United States Navy in 1966, serving one tour of duty in Viet Nam with a second tour at Whidbey Island Naval Air Station as the Officer in Charge of the on base communications facility.Attended the University School of Law from 1970 through 1973. After graduating from law school was employed by the Pima County Public Defenders Office from 1974-1976. Entered private practice as a sole practitioner in 1976. During the past 20 years practiced in a wide variety of areas with heavy emphasis on trial practice.Community activities include 20 year membership in Centurions of St. Mary’s Hospital, Fiesta Bowl Committee, Ducks Unlimited, and Alumni financial advisor of Beta Theta Pi, a University of Arizona social fraternity.

Bob St. Clair JD, De Paul University Law School, Chicago, IL, 1976BA, University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, IN, 1970.Mr. St.Clair is a native of the Midwest where he attended university and law school. He practiced law in Indiana before joining the faculty of Eastern Kentucky University and The Miami University (Ohio) where be held the position of Associate Professor of Finance. While teaching courses in business and commercial law and insurance, he published several papers on insurance law, business law and surface mining and reclamation.Mr. St.Clair has almost 30 years experience in the practice and teaching of law. He was admitted to the Bar in the State of Indiana in 1976 and was admitted to the Bar in the State of Arizona in 1985. Since moving to Tucson in that year he has been in private practice with concentrations in debtor/creditor and bankruptcy law, general commercial transactions and litigation, and estate planning. Mr. St.Clair’s community activities include the Volunteer Lawyers Project and the Arizona Elks. |
